| Questy | Legacy | Questy Automico B2B | eCommerce | eCommerce | n/a | 2022 | 2022 | In 2022 Metal-Hurt Poland implemented Questy Automico B2B, deploying Questy Automico B2B as an eCommerce platform to automate wholesale ordering across its distribution operations in Poland. The rollout focused on improving B2B customer self-service and reducing manual order capture performed by field sales staff. The implementation configured order capture workflows, product catalog and pricing controls, and automated document generation to support wholesale transactions, and later added Serwis Planner for structured complaint handling and reclamations workflows. Questy Automico B2B was configured to enforce B2B checkout rules and approval flows consistent with wholesale selling, and Serwis Planner implemented complaint intake, case tracking and return authorization capabilities. A key technical integration was with Navireo ERP to synchronize orders and transactional documents, enabling order status visibility and document exchange between Questy Automico B2B and Navireo. Operational coverage included commercial and field sales teams in Poland, with the system reducing manual entry by enabling direct capture of orders through the ecommerce channel and field interfaces. Governance and process changes emphasized centralized order orchestration and a formalized reclamations workflow, with a phased rollout that introduced ecommerce ordering first and complaint handling subsequently via Serwis Planner. Outcomes reported from the project included improved order capture for B2B customers and streamlined returns and reclamations processes, reducing manual entry burdens for field sales. |
