In 2014, Metro Brokers deployed Mojo Dialer within its recruiting function to run high-volume outbound talent acquisition across the Atlanta, US market. The implementation leveraged the Mojo Triple Power Dialer capability inside the Mojo Dialer application to support recruiter Matt Broyles in executing thousands of outbound calls to local real estate agents, targeting agent recruitment and HR workflows under the PBX, VoiP and Phone Systems category.
The implementation focused on automated outbound dialing, list management and call disposition workflows, using power-dial sequencing and local presence calling to increase contact rates for recruiting campaigns. Operational scope was concentrated on Atlanta area agent outreach, driven by a single recruiter and associated campaign lists, and the project produced a documented hiring outcome of roughly 50 agents within a year, with call logs and disposition data used to manage follow up and campaign cadence.
