In 2016 Metro Group of Hospitals began a deployment of Oracle E-Business Suite for ERP Financial at its Noida, Uttar Pradesh site, with Module Lead responsibility covering financial modules through May 2017. The project deliverables documented and executed configuration changes for purchasing approvals, and the Module Lead managed modification requirements and handoff to developers using an MD.050 specification document.
The technical workstream designed and validated a technical integration strategy to enable real time data synchronization with hospital information systems and a system referred to as FARSIGHT, ensuring third party applications fully interfaced with the Oracle E-Business Suite instance. Interface and batch patterns were developed and tested to support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing across finance and procurement processes, with the Module Lead acting as the primary interface between business stakeholders and the technical team.
Governance and rollout processes included structured requirement gathering meetings with client stakeholders, weekly status reporting for daily issues, facilitation of CRP and UAT sessions, and user training across affected business functions. Ongoing operational support responsibilities covered daily issue resolution and coordination with technical colleagues to translate business requirements into development tasks, maintaining continuity of financial and procurement operations during the implementation.

In 2016 Metro Group of Hospitals deployed Oracle E-Business Suite - SCM Module as part of a Supply Chain Management initiative at its Noida, Uttar Pradesh facility. The engagement continued through May 2017 with a Module Lead assigned for end to end enhancement and support of Financial and SCM modules across hospital finance and purchasing functions.
The implementation used Oracle EBS release 12 and covered Financial Modules alongside SCM Modules, with configuration work targeted at procurement workflows and modification of the purchasing approval hierarchy. Development and data movement leveraged TOAD and Data loader, and application-level changes focused on approval routing, transactional configuration and ongoing break fix support.
A designed integration strategy implemented technical interfaces to the hospital information systems HIS and FARSIGHT to enable real time update of data, and interface development ensured third party process owners could exchange transactions with the new Oracle ERP instance. Requirement gathering sessions involved business process owners, third party process owners and IT leads, feeding directly into interface specifications and test cases for unit, integration and user acceptance testing.
Project governance emphasized structured CRP and UAT sessions, preparation of MD.050 documentation to translate business requirements for developers, user training across affected teams and weekly status reporting for daily issue tracking.
