The implementation used Office Practicum as the primary Medical Practice Management platform, configured for scheduling, clinical documentation, and OP RCM revenue-cycle workflows covering front office scheduling, clinical staff documentation, and centralized billing functions for the single-site pediatric practice. Modules and capabilities implemented included the pediatric electronic health record, practice scheduling with recall driven workflows, and Office Practicum RCM services for claims processing and payment posting. After implementation Metro Pediatrics reported a 14% increase in payment per visit and a 24% increase in charges attributed to recall driven scheduling, and the practice attained NCQA PCMH certification with the case study explicitly citing use of OP RCM.
