The project explicitly replaced Sage 300 ERP formerly Accpac as the source of transactional finance data and included a coordinated migration of ACCPAC databases. Configuration work focused on standard ERP Financial capabilities, including core general ledger configuration, accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, consolidated sales and pricing data ingestion, and financial reporting automation. The IT Manager carried out data analysis of ACCPAC data to validate migrations and to configure accounting reports such as sales performance and gross profit margin, while automation of related workflows was coordinated with existing process orchestration tools. Integrations and operational coverage tied the Oojeema Accounting Software deployment into Masagana Gas operational tooling, including process automation with Monday.com, administration and user collaboration through Google Workspace, and hosting and web administration via GoDaddy cPanel and Squarespace for external sites. Mobile application updates were maintained via FlutterFlow, and these elements were coordinated to support reporting distribution and user access patterns required by finance and sales teams. Governance and rollout responsibilities were executed by the Information Technology Manager reporting to the CBTO and CEO, with team coordination across IT and finance for migration, testing and go live. The implementation emphasized workflow collaboration between IT and accounting, periodic data analysis for pricing and sales updates, and centralized administration of the new Oojeema Accounting Software ERP Financial instance as the authoritative source for financial reporting.
