The deployment integrated with the broader digital stack referenced in daily operations, including WordPress, CommerceHub, Merchant systems, Sitefinity and ICINITI, enabling product data, pricing and order flows to populate Microcel brand pages, product descriptions and microsites. Operational coverage included marketing, sales, e commerce and customer service workflows, with staff monitoring social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn and using analytics tools to report campaign performance.
