Operational governance encompassed testing of patches, upgrades, enhancements and releases, with planned changes presented to the Change Advisory Board for deployment approval. Day to day operational support included first line support across email, telephone and in-person channels, documentation of processes and procedures, and creation of training materials using ClickLearn to ensure continuity and knowledge transfer.
