In 2020 Middin implemented OTYS Go! to centralize its recruiting presence and power job vacancy publishing on its public website, aligning the deployment with the Recruiting category for applicant-facing workflows. Middin is a Netherlands based healthcare provider with approximately 3,300 employees, and OTYS Go! was positioned as the primary recruitment system used on the corporate career pages.
The implementation focused on applicant tracking and vacancy management capabilities typical of Recruiting platforms, including job posting and publishing, online application forms, candidate record management, and configurable hiring workflows. OTYS Go! was configured to support role based access for HR and Talent Acquisition users, and to automate standard hiring status transitions and internal candidate routing.
OTYS Go! was embedded on Middin’s website as the front end for job search and application intake, creating a direct integration point between the career site and the recruiting system. Operational scope covered Middin’s HR and recruiting teams across its Netherlands operations, with the platform serving as the canonical source for open positions and candidate data originating from the public site.
Governance emphasized structured hiring workflows and permissioned user roles to standardize recruitment processes and maintain consistent candidate handling across departments. The deployment used OTYS Go! as the central Recruiting application for vacancy lifecycle management and candidate tracking without reference to any named prior system.

In 2020 Middin implemented Exact Synergy as a Document Management solution to instrument its Planning & Control Cycle and to support analysis of personnel, care and reporting processes. The deployment was positioned as an ICT tool to surface risks and interdependencies across operational workflows for a care institution serving clients with acquired brain injury, mental or physical disability, and age-related limitations.
Exact Synergy was configured to centralize document capture and records management for personnel files, care plans and management reports, using metadata, version control and audit trail capabilities typical of Document Management platforms. Workflows were designed to link evidence and approvals across the personnel process, the care process and the reporting process, enabling structured documentation of decisions and dependencies.
Operational responsibility was retained by Middin's ICT department, which used Exact Synergy to monitor identified risks and to advise management on safeguarding measures. The implementation covered business functions in HR, care delivery and management reporting, with governance processes adjusted to require documented workflows and auditability within Exact Synergy.
The intern research engagement from April 2022 informed configuration and recommendations, with findings presented to management to demonstrate coherence of the Planning & Control Cycle and to recommend controls for the risks and dependencies observed. Exact Synergy served as the central Document Management platform to make those controls auditable and operationally visible so Middin can continue to provide services as well and efficiently as possible.
