Insurity Legacy Insurity Platform Insurance ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2016 2017
In 2016, Midwest Builders' Casualty Group partnered with Insurity to implement the Insurity Platform as an Insurance ERP focused on its workers' compensation systems. The engagement targeted modernization of underwriting and policy servicing workflows, and the deployment went live on Insurity's Workers' Comp Suite in July 2017 in the United States. The implementation emphasized the platform portal, self-reporting features and configurability. The Insurity Platform was configured to support portal-based policyholder self-reporting, streamlined intake workflows, and configurable rating and business rules to align workers' comp policy administration with carrier requirements. Operational coverage expanded from 14 to 31 states as the portal and self-reporting capabilities were extended, with core business functions impacted including underwriting, policy administration and customer service. The deployment scoped operations across the United States and centralized platform configuration to enable consistent policy handling and reporting across new state jurisdictions. Governance focused on platform configuration control and standardized operational processes for portal management and reporting. The Insurity Platform rollout supported rapid geographic expansion and helped the carrier maintain a 98% annual retention rate.
