The deployment of Hotjar included standard Hotjar capabilities such as heatmaps, session recordings, conversion funnels, and on-page feedback widgets, enabling behavioral analytics across site pages. | Kyriba | Legacy | Kyriba Treasury | Treasury Management | TRM | n/a | 2013 | 2013 |
In 2013, Milan Presse implemented Kyriba Treasury for Treasury Management across its publishing entities, including Milan Edition, Espace Milan in Toulouse, and Brittany Publications. The deployment established a centralized cash management platform to support group treasury operations and cash forecasting.
The Kyriba Treasury configuration consolidated key modules and capabilities, including integration and reconciliation of cash entries, recording of forecast entries, development of operational dashboards, issuance of payments and interbank transfers, Flexiterme management for dollar hedge instruments, and DAILLY management. The implementation also formalized control of the application of banking conditions and contracts, and verification of invoices and bank charges with recalculation of all fees according to the general and specific conditions of each bank.
Integrations and operational coverage included links with financial partners and accounting connectivity to QUALIAC Accounting Software for cash posting and reconciliations, enabling end to end cash entry flows and bank charge validation across the named sites. Kyriba Treasury supported treasury, finance and accounting functions and was used to orchestrate payment runs and interbank transfer controls across the group.
Governance and process changes focused on preparing the annual budget forecast and budget revision cycles, monthly monitoring of budget achievements with analysis and alert workflows, and dashboard driven oversight to enforce banking contract conditions and manage cash and hedge operations. The rollout emphasized process orchestration for payment issuance, fee recalculation controls and regular treasury reporting rather than point solutions for individual entities.

| Sinch | Legacy | Pathwire MailJet | Transactional Email | PaaS | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016 Milan Presse implemented Pathwire MailJet for Transactional Email on its public website, deploying the application to handle system generated messaging for user accounts and subscription workflows. Pathwire MailJet is embedded in the web application layer to send transactional notifications such as account confirmations, password resets, and payment receipts, centralizing message generation under a single Transactional Email service.
The implementation uses standard Transactional Email components, including template management and personalization, an SMTP relay and REST API for programmatic sending, and event webhooks to capture delivery, bounce, and engagement events. Pathwire MailJet template and API capabilities were configured to support variable content rendering and automated send logic driven by the website back end, enabling consistent message formatting and deliverability controls.
Operationally the deployment sits between the Milan Presse website front end and its back end services, routing transactional traffic through Pathwire MailJet while exposing webhook event streams for downstream operational workflows. Governance focused on centralized template control, sending domain and authentication configuration, and event handling rules to support customer support and subscription operations, with the platform serving as the authoritative transactional messaging layer for the site.
