| Toyo Business Engineering | Legacy | mcframe GA ERP and Accounting | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | Toyo Business Engineering | 2012 | 2013 | In 2012, Milbon Thailand implemented mcframe GA ERP and Accounting, deploying an ERP Financial solution to enable a rapid vertical launch of its Thai factory. The implementation ran in parallel with mcframe CS for production to satisfy process manufacturing requirements and align shop floor outputs with financial processes. The deployment centered on sales and accounting functional modules within mcframe GA ERP and Accounting, configured to support order to cash workflows, accounts receivable processing, general ledger posting and cost tracking consistent with ERP Financial capabilities. Configuration work emphasized transactional integration between sales order completion and accounting posting to ensure timely financial reconciliation for production runs. Integration effort aligned mcframe GA with mcframe CS to synchronize production completion data and material consumption with financial records, creating operational handoffs between production scheduling, inventory valuation and accounting entries. The Thailand rollout was executed and supported locally by Toyo Business Engineering (Thailand) Co., Ltd., providing bilingual Japanese and Thai support during configuration and stabilization. Governance and rollout followed a compressed timeline, achieving a two month sales go live and stabilizing operations while delivering localized Japanese Thai support and lower cost compared with alternatives. Toyo Business Engineering (Thailand) Co., Ltd. led the implementation delivery and operational stabilization activities during the go live phase. |
