Modules and capabilities implemented include timesheet digitization, roster management, payroll automation, employee self service and WHS incident and compliance tracking as reflected in ReadyTech case materials for hospitality customers. Operational scope covered HR and payroll teams and frontline rostering across the resort, replacing manual paper processes and enabling employees to interact directly with rostering and pay data. Governance changes emphasized revised payroll and rostering workflows and operational handoffs between HR and shift management, as outlined in the ReadyTech Millbrook case study. According to the vendor case study and regional materials, the rollout resulted in reduced payroll processing time and improved employee self service, while the use of ReadyTech HR3 WHS positioned the resort to centralize safety recordkeeping within the same HR3 platform.
