In 2024, Minh Tam Prolab Vietnam implemented CNV CDP, deploying a Customer Data Platform to automate order intake, post-sale reminders and personalized messaging across Vietnam. The project paired CNV CDP with a Zalo Mini App and CNV's Private Domain Traffic System to target e-commerce order automation and CRM outcomes described in the vendor case study.
CNV CDP was configured to centralize first party customer profiles, manage segmentation, and orchestrate automated messaging flows for order confirmations, reminders and personalized promotions. The implementation leveraged Customer Data Platform capabilities for identity stitching, event ingestion, and campaign orchestration to support automated order and post-sale workflows.
Integration with the Zalo Mini App enabled automated order intake and in-channel messaging, linking mobile order events back to CNV CDP for event driven triggers and campaign personalization. Operational coverage focused on e-commerce touchpoints across Vietnam and impacted sales, marketing and post-sale service functions through automated order processing and CRM synchronization.
