The iCIMS SkillSurvey Reference implementation emphasized automated reference intake and structured survey workflows, aligning reference feedback with candidate screening and onboarding checkpoints. iCIMS SkillSurvey Reference was configured to deliver standardized reference questionnaires and to feed qualitative reference data into HR review processes, enabling more consistent candidate assessment across hiring managers.
Operational scope covered the Agency Human Resources Division, a 42 person team that supports statewide staffing and recruitment activities across Minnesota. The implementation complemented other HR modernization efforts, including a virtual New Employee Orientation and a digital interview vendor selection, and was positioned as a component of the agency Candidate Relationship Management strategy.
