In 2017, Minster Law implemented MHR iTrent HR as its Core HR solution, establishing a new HR, Payroll and L&D self-service system to centralize people administration across the firm in the United Kingdom. The implementation covered functional modules for core HR administration, payroll, recruitment workflows, performance management and learning and development, with a configured employee and manager self-service layer. MHR iTrent HR was used to introduce an engagement indicator tool that provided real time feedback and surfaced clear initiatives for the leadership team, and the project included configuration to support end to end talent lifecycle processes. Operational scope included HR, payroll, recruitment and L&D teams, and the rollout put the HR team at the center of organizational design activity. The program delivered end to end management of multiple organizational design projects to drive organisational efficiencies and included identification and proactive management of TUPE service provision changes as part of operational governance. Governance and process changes accompanied the technical deployment, with new workflows for recruitment approval, performance reviews and learning assignment management embedded in MHR iTrent HR. The introduction of the engagement indicator tool created a feedback loop for leadership, and TUPE change management was formalized as a recurring governance process. Outcomes stated by the program included creating efficiencies in Administration, Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning & Development and Payroll, and delivering organisational efficiencies through targeted design projects. MHR iTrent HR served as the centralized Core HR platform aligning HR operations, payroll execution and people development workflows.
