The deployment targeted HR and recruiting processes and was scoped to support a small centralized talent function responsible for regional hiring activities. Gem ATS was configured to deliver AI powered application review and integrated scheduling alongside candidate pipeline management and interview orchestration capabilities. The implementation included automation of screening and scheduling workflows, standardized candidate status tracking, and configurable review rules to accelerate evaluation and reduce manual touch points. Operational coverage was concentrated on Mission's Los Angeles talent team and two dedicated recruiters, with scheduling integrated directly into interviewer calendar workflows and interview orchestration embedded in the recruiting pipeline. The deployment enabled two recruiters to make 43 hires in 90 days while consolidating recruiting workflow tooling under the Gem ATS Applicant Tracking System. Rollout governance prioritized recruiter adoption and configuration of AI review criteria and scheduling templates to align with existing hiring processes. The program delivered explicit outcomes including faster time to fill, a reported three times capacity for recruiters, and 30 to 50 percent faster interview scheduling as part of the implemented Gem ATS configuration. |
