Tyler Technologies Legacy Tyler Enterprise Public Safety Computer Aided Dispatch ERP Services and Operations n/a 2023 2024
In 2023 Missouri State Highway Patrol contracted with Tyler Technologies to deploy Tyler Enterprise Public Safety as its Computer Aided Dispatch solution. The announcement lists Enterprise CAD, mobile, and Public Safety Analytics as the core components to be implemented under a multi year agreement aimed at improving dispatch communications, interoperability, and response reliability across Missouri. Implementation scope covers statewide dispatch centers supporting roughly 1,300 troopers, with a phased rollout planned across existing dispatch sites. Enterprise CAD implementation centers on call intake, incident creation and prioritization, unit assignment and status tracking, and geospatial incident visualization, while the mobile component extends unit status, incident details, and in field data entry to patrol vehicles. Public Safety Analytics is included to provide consolidated operational reporting and analytics for dispatch performance and incident trends, supporting operational oversight and tactical decision making. Governance and process work will focus on standardizing dispatch workflows and interoperability protocols across state dispatch centers as part of the multi year deployment, with configuration and training activities aligned to those workflow changes.
