In 2024 Misumi Europe Germany implemented EPG ONE Supply Chain Control Tower (TIMESQUARE) as part of its Analytics and BI capability to support automation of its European central warehouse in Frankfurt and to provide end to end operational transparency. The initiative targeted intralogistics and warehouse execution, aligning visibility requirements across warehouse operations and shipping to create a unified operational view for supply chain and logistics teams.
The implementation included EPGs LFS warehouse management system and integrated additional EPG ONE modules including the ISS shipping solution together with the EPG ONE Supply Chain Control Tower TIMESQUARE. Functional coverage emphasized warehouse management, shipping execution, inventory orchestration, exception handling and control tower style event monitoring and dashboarding to surface real time status and exceptions across inbound, storage and outbound flows.
Operationally the project was scoped to the European central warehouse in Frankfurt and impacted warehouse operations and shipping workflows, enabling cross functional visibility between logistics, warehouse operations and supply chain planning. Governance and process changes focused on instrumenting event feeds into the control tower, standardizing exception workflows and consolidating operational reporting, and outcomes reported by the vendor include more transparent processes and time and cost savings in intralogistics.

In 2020, Misumi Europe Germany deployed the EPG ONE Warehouse Control System WCS at its Frankfurt central warehouse, implementing a Warehouse Management solution to centralize automation control for its Europe-based distribution operations. The implementation positioned the EPG ONE Warehouse Control System WCS as the real time orchestration layer for automated material handling devices and provided operational visibility across the central warehouse.
The implementation combined EPG's LFS warehouse management capabilities with the EPG ONE Warehouse Control System WCS to integrate automated systems including a shuttle, enabling real time control and sequencing of automated flows. Functional capabilities implemented and inferred from the project scope include automation orchestration, material flow control, inventory visibility for operations teams, and order sequencing and execution workflows aligned to Warehouse Management practices.
Operational coverage was limited to the Frankfurt central warehouse and impacted warehouse operations and logistics functions, with rollout focused on integrating multiple automation technologies into a single control plane. The project produced greater transparency, time and cost savings, and improved material flow as reported, while governance centered on coordinating automation interfaces and aligning operational processes to the WCS control and execution model.
