In 2017 MitchelLake Group implemented Greenhouse ATS as its core Applicant Tracking System to centralize hiring activity for a 50 person professional services firm based in Singapore. The deployment positioned Greenhouse ATS as the primary system of record for candidate pipelines and interview workflow management across recruiting and hiring manager teams.
The Greenhouse ATS implementation was configured to manage end to end hiring workflows, including new job creation, inbound candidate review, employee referrals, interview scheduling, onsite coordination, scorecard reminders and offer approvals. Recruiters recorded initial phone screens and logistical notes directly into Greenhouse ATS, ensuring candidate fit assessments and screening outcomes were captured in the application.
Sourcing integrations and channels feeding Greenhouse ATS included LinkedIn Recruiter, Entelo, Hiretual and multiple job boards, as well as recruiter professional networks used to generate qualified candidates. Candidate records and activity from those sourcing sources were consolidated into Greenhouse ATS to preserve the pipeline, scorecards and interview history for hiring managers and HR stakeholders.
Governance and process changes emphasized disciplined status updates within Greenhouse ATS, mandatory scorecard completion and an approvals workflow for offers, plus coordinated onsite scheduling tracked in the system. These controls standardized recruiter handoffs, interview orchestration and approval routing inside Greenhouse ATS, aligning recruiting processes with operational hiring practices.
