In 2022, MJ Celco implemented Dynaway EAM for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to modernize maintenance and asset management at its US plants. The Enterprise Asset Management deployment focused on eliminating paper work orders and centralizing maintenance execution and reporting across its Chicago area operations.
The implementation provisioned Dynaway EAM for Business Central with Tool Crib and Light Users capabilities and enabled mobile execution for field technicians. As part of the rollout MJ Celco imported more than 35,000 historical work orders into the application to improve auditability and support retrospective reporting.
Dynaway EAM for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central was integrated with the company ERP D365BC, and the deployment exposed maintenance and asset data into Power BI analytics to provide consolidated operational visibility. The configuration consolidated work order lifecycle management, asset records, and tool crib inventory into a unified asset management workflow.
Operational governance moved from paper based issuance to electronic mobile work order execution, and role based Light Users access reshaped frontline maintenance processes. The deployment improved visibility and productivity across maintenance and asset management functions for MJ Celco US plants.
