Inlogik Legacy Inlogik ExpenseMe (ex ProMaster) Expense Management ERP n/a 2014 2014
In 2014 MM Electrical Merchandising implemented Inlogik ExpenseMe (ex ProMaster) for Expense Management. The deployment established Inlogik ExpenseMe as the finance-facing Expense Management solution to support corporate card controls, petty cash processing and the procure to pay business functions across the organization, with the Senior Accountant leading project governance, requirements analysis, internal testing, user acceptance testing and implementation activities. The implementation configured core Expense Management capabilities including corporate card management, expense claim capture and coding, approval workflows, petty cash automation through the ProMaster module, and a reporting framework to surface timely coding and reconciliation data. The project emphasized configuration of approval routing and automated capture to reduce manual handling of low-dollar transactions and standardize expense data for finance consumption. Operational coverage encompassed accounts payable and the procure to pay cycle, with defined testing and UAT phases and ongoing reporting responsibilities allocated to the finance team. Inlogik ExpenseMe (ex ProMaster) served as the system of record for expense reporting and petty cash processing, and EMS reporting was used to provide business leaders with transaction and card usage visibility. Governance and process changes included updating corporate card policy, establishing reporting disciplines to ensure expenses are coded promptly, and convening cross-functional forums to identify issues and improvements. Documented outcomes from the program included a reduction in manual low value AP invoice processing, an upgrade of the petty cash manual process to ProMaster, and a renegotiated ProMaster contract that delivered an annual saving of $55,000.

In 2016 MM Electrical Merchandising implemented Access MicrOpay (ex Sage MicrOpay) to manage Payroll across its Australian distribution operations. The deployment supported fortnightly MicrOpay Meridian payroll production and centralized processing for more than 2,000 employees, with system operations anchored at the North Rocks NSW payroll office.
