| BuilderTREND Solutions | Legacy | CoConstruct | Construction ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2014 | 2014 | In 2014, M&M Glass Company implemented CoConstruct as its Construction ERP solution to support a 20 employee manufacturing and showroom operation in the United States. The deployment centered on using CoConstruct for client facing project management and estimate workflows while supporting back office billing and scheduling activities. CoConstruct was configured to manage client quotes and communication, project scheduling for measures and consults, and showroom inventory control and ordering for specialty pieces. The implementation extended to accounts payable assistance and billing clerk workflows, and staff used CoConstruct functionality for day to day quoting and follow up alongside standard estimating and project management capabilities common to Construction ERP systems. Operational use included working with clients through CoConstruct and BuilderTrend software, and staff helped build and enter a database for the GlasTek software system to support inventory and order records. These systems were used in concert to coordinate sales representative communication, showroom consultations, and order fulfillment tasks, with data entry and record keeping routed through GlasTek for shop and inventory continuity. Governance and process work included participation in monthly CSR and sales representative meetings to align quoting, scheduling, and client follow up procedures, and light internal IT support to keep coworkers productive on CoConstruct and BuilderTrend workflows. Day to day operations therefore united sales, customer service, billing, showroom and shop functions under CoConstruct driven project and quoting processes. |
