In 2016, Monarch Tax Law Canada implemented Signority to digitize its Virtual Minute Book and annual directors and shareholder resolution workflows. The deployment targeted the firm’s corporate secretarial and legal recordkeeping operations in Calgary, Canada, moving governance document execution into a Digital Signing environment with a cloud-oriented signing service approach.
Signority was configured to centralize document template management and to support authenticated signing flows, including template-driven resolutions and bulk execution for multi-signer shareholder consents. The implementation leveraged Signority document templates and authenticated signing capabilities such as LinkSign and BulkSign to standardize resolution language, enforce signing order, and preserve audit evidence for minute book entries.
Operationally the project restructured the firm’s corporate records workflow by creating a single source of truth for annual filings and minute book updates, shifting approvals to a template and signature-driven process within Signority. The rollout covered corporate secretarial activities and reduced turnaround on execution and minute book updates from months to minutes, with reported time savings up to 60 percent, improving the speed and consistency of directors and shareholder resolution processing.
