In 2015, Monash IVF Group implemented JobAdder ATS as its Applicant Tracking System to centralize recruitment and talent acquisition workflows. The JobAdder ATS deployment was led by the internal Talent Resourcing function and targeted candidate lifecycle management across hiring managers and HR teams in Melbourne, Australia.
The implementation encompassed configuration of core applicant tracking capabilities such as job requisition management, candidate tracking and shortlisting, interview scheduling, and offer workflow orchestration, consistent with Applicant Tracking System functionality. Onboard Express was implemented alongside JobAdder ATS to address new hire onboarding, and the implementation team developed and delivered training resources to embed the new processes.
Governance and process changes were driven by a data driven analysis to streamline and simplify workflows across the employee lifecycle, and rollout activities included bimonthly induction sessions and the creation of an online orientation program to support transition into Monash IVF Group. The Talent Resourcing Officer led the implementation, provided recruitment support to Hiring Managers and the HR Team, and owned training and operational adoption for the JobAdder ATS deployment.
