Toukei Computer Legacy Toukei swifT ERP Financial ERP n/a 2015 2015
In 2015, Moritomo Thailand adopted Toukei swifT in July 2015 to address Excel based order and invoice processing and to handle complex Thai invoicing and month end closing requirements. The Toukei swifT implementation targeted core commercial and finance operations, concentrating on sales order, inventory and accounting workflows within Thailand. This narrative links Moritomo Thailand, Toukei swifT, ERP Financial and the finance and sales business functions in a single deployment context. The deployment used modules for sales order processing, inventory control, billing and accounting, with configuration to reflect Thai invoicing rules and month end closing routines. Implementation work focused on automating invoice generation and accounting postings to reduce manual data entry and reconciliation effort. Configuration and workflow rules were applied to standardize order to cash and ledger posting sequences consistent with ERP Financial functional expectations. Operational scope covered distribution sales teams and finance staff across Moritomo Thailand, with process changes to centralize billing and month end procedures and to introduce stronger process controls. Governance included formalizing workflows that had previously relied on spreadsheets, and establishing accounting process ownership for recurring closing activities. The project delivered large efficiency gains and reduced manual errors as reported in the case description.
