In 2016, Mosafer Qatar implemented Traacs ERP as the mid and back office platform to centralize finance and operational workflows within a Travel Agency ERP context. The deployment focused on accounting modules including accounts receivable and accounts payable, BSP and corporate card reconciliation processes, invoicing, and MIS reporting, with business intelligence capabilities surfaced for operational insight. Traacs ERP was positioned to automate routine reconciliation and invoicing tasks, and to provide a consolidated MIS and BI reporting layer for Qatar operations.
The implementation covered finance and operations teams across the Qatar site, consolidating BSP reconciliation and corporate-card reconciliation into standardized workflows and accounting journals. Configuration emphasized transaction level reconciliation, A R and A P posting, invoice generation and BI driven MIS outputs, with Traacs ERP serving as the authoritative mid and back office ledger for travel sales. Governance changes included centralized reconciliation procedures and structured MIS reporting cadence, and the project explicitly improved reporting speed and operational insights for GoMosafer Qatar according to the vendor case language.
