In 2019 Moto Hospitality implemented SuperControl as its Reservation and Booking Management solution on its website, embedding the vendor's booking engine into moto-way.com to drive online reservation capture. The deployment used SuperControl to present availability and rate calendars and to route booking flows from the public site into a centralized reservation management interface.
SuperControl was configured to support standard reservation and booking management capabilities including an online booking engine, availability and rates management, a calendar driven booking view, guest data capture and a booking management dashboard for operations. The implementation emphasized channel-aware inventory control and configurable booking rules consistent with Reservation and Booking Management functional workflows, with administrative controls for user roles, tariffs and blackout dates.
Operationally the solution is surfaced on the corporate website and operated by ecommerce and guest services functions, with the booking management console used by reservation teams to handle amendments and cancellations. Governance centered on centralized configuration and role based access for operations and commercial teams, aligning online booking workflows with customer service handling and site level operational procedures.
