In 2023 Motor City Community Credit Union Canada engaged Lodestar Technologies to implement the Lodestar Data Warehouse, a Data Warehouse application. The implementation deployed Lodestar Data Warehouse with data quality and workflow modules to consolidate core, LOS and other source systems and to automate regulatory reporting supporting finance and compliance processes. The Canadian rollout was scoped to finance and compliance functions and delivered quick wins during a 12 to 16 week implementation window. The solution went live in 2023.
Lodestar configured data quality rules, ETL orchestration and workflow automation within the Lodestar Data Warehouse to standardize incoming feeds from core systems and loan origination systems and to support scheduled regulatory reporting pipelines. Operational coverage centered on finance and compliance teams, consolidating transactional and reporting data for centralized access and audit traceability. Governance changes included the introduction of standardized data models and automated reporting workflows to formalize data preparation for regulatory submissions. Lodestar Technologies led the implementation and cutover for the Canadian environment within the stated timeline.
