Operational coverage centered on finance and compliance teams, consolidating transactional and reporting data for centralized access and audit traceability. Governance changes included the introduction of standardized data models and automated reporting workflows to formalize data preparation for regulatory submissions. Lodestar Technologies led the implementation and cutover for the Canadian environment within the stated timeline.
