Dagma Poland served as the system integrator for the implementation, executing configuration and rollout tasks. Operational scope emphasized supporting Moxum's outsourced services to customers in Poland, applying Segura MySafe controls to service accounts and access used during customer engagements. Governance was adjusted to centralize credential administration and mandate session recording as a control for outsourced work. The configuration increased transparency for outsourced activities and improved customer trust in Poland as reported in the public case. |
