In 2021 MSS Security Services implemented Oracle Cloud ERP as its ERP Financial platform to centralize core accounting and statutory reporting. The deployment emphasized financial close and consolidated reporting capabilities, supporting month end and year end close processes and the production of consolidated and stand alone financial statements for group companies domiciled in Australia, Singapore and New Zealand.
Oracle Cloud ERP was configured to support general ledger centric close workflows, financial consolidation and cash flow and P and L variance analysis reporting, aligning the application to statutory reporting requirements and management commentary processes. The corporate accounting team led configuration and data migration activities into Oracle Fusion, and the system was instrumented to produce balance sheet movement commentary and cash flow reporting for the group.
Reporting integrations were implemented with TM1 and CDM, and MSS Security Services partnered with IT consultants to develop and maintain reporting requirements and automated report distribution to the group parent in India. The implementation scope included data migration into Oracle Cloud ERP and the operational coverage extended across finance functions for multiple legal entities in the Australia, Singapore and New Zealand jurisdictions.
Governance and control changes accompanied the rollout, finance personnel documented accounting memos on new and changed accounting standards and the team liaised with external auditors to support statutory audit completion. Ongoing ownership remained within the corporate accounting function, with IT consultants retained for reporting engineering and maintenance.

In 2023, MSS Security Services implemented Workday HCM to centralize Core HR functions. The deployment targeted People and Culture operations supporting the Adelaide and SA/NT HR footprint within a 6000-employee professional services organization.
Workday HCM configuration focused on onboarding and offboarding, employee lifecycle transactions, and recruitment workflow automation. Functional modules and processes brought into system use included processing onboarding contracts for full-time and part-time hires, handling exits, resignations and terminations, creating and posting job advertisements via the existing TMS and Broadbean feeds to SEEK, and system-based shortlisting and phone screening workflows.
System use of ELMO was migrated into Workday in November 2023, shifting shortlisting and parts of pre-hire screening into the Workday HCM tenant. The implementation also consolidated induction scheduling for new starters, visa audits and VEVO checks, and coordination of the MSS Scholarship recruitment process, while IsoPro continued to be used for Reward and Recognition submissions and the Employee Referral Program.
Governance centered on People and Culture Coordinator workflows in SA/NT, embedding Workday HCM into day-to-day HR administration, recruitment orchestration and compliance checks. This positions MSS Security Services Workday HCM Core HR as the operational system of record for core HR, recruitment and onboarding activities across the Adelaide HR scope.

| Roll Call Safety Solutions | Legacy | RollCall Safety Systems | Security Agency Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, MSS Security Services implemented RollCall Safety Systems in the Security Agency Management category to support resourcing, rostering and service delivery coordination. The initial adoption covered the Operations Centre and operational activity in Perth WA, with Service Delivery Coordinator responsibilities documented for March 2020 to July 2020, linking daily shift management to the new platform.
RollCall Safety Systems was configured to deliver core Security Agency Management capabilities, including automated rostering and shift confirmation, time and attendance capture, training records management, incident reporting, job booking and quoting workflows, and KPI reporting on overtime and training. Coordinators input and amended client details, rosters and Security Officer assignments into RollCall Safety Systems, and updated the system once officers were confirmed for assigned shifts.
Operational workflows used the application to support payroll exception review and to prepare payroll forms for the Pay Office, enabling a direct operational handoff between rostering and payroll processing activities. The Operations Centre leveraged RollCall Safety Systems to answer inbound calls, action service bookings, produce casual service quotes and report weekly training and other operational KPIs.
Governance practices emphasized roster optimization to align coverage with contracts and customer requirements, scheduled site training to control training costs, and structured incident reporting with escalation to appropriate stakeholders for claims action. Nonconformance reporting and recommendations for service quality were captured in the system, and coordinators liaised with clients on rostering adjustments to maintain continuity of service.
