In 2023, Mts Logistics implemented Quadient Neopost DS-200i as a core Mailing System deployment. Quadient supplied Mts Logistics in Burnaby, British Columbia with two DS-200i folder inserters as part of a broader mail automation deployment focused on healthcare client communications across the province.
The deployment combined the Quadient Neopost DS-200i hardware with AIMS and Impress Automate software to create an end to end mail processing line. The solution included insertion automation, mail piece verification, and reporting capabilities, enabling Mts Logistics to process millions of pieces annually while improving insertion throughput and mail integrity.
Operationally the Mailing System supported confidential healthcare mail workflows and introduced real time verification and reporting for compliance and operational visibility. Mts Logistics configured the solution to centralize insertion and tracking for provincial healthcare clients, aligning mailroom processes with automated verification and reporting governance.
