In 2018 Municipality of Lansingerland implemented Centric Motion eHRM as its Core HR application to centralize payroll processing and HR self-service capabilities across the municipality. The rollout targeted the salary administration function and adjacent HR workflows, establishing Centric Motion eHRM as the primary system for payroll production and employee and manager self-service.
Configuration work focused on monthly payroll production and the formalization of control processes for salary runs, including documentation and standard operating procedures for the payroll administration team. The implementation covered Centric Motion eHRM core payroll functions and Centric MotionPro modules, and included subproject leadership for deployment of employee self-service ESS and manager self-service MSS and for the statutory transition to WNRA.
Operational integrations and reporting were scoped to salary related general ledger controls and statutory reporting channels, with explicit operational touchpoints to the Belastingdienst and the ABP pension organization for external reporting and compliance. The project also supported management reporting such as budgeting outputs derived from payroll data, and assigned application administration responsibilities for Motion and MotionPro to internal payroll application managers.
Governance and process change were formalized through a dedicated payroll coordinator role that coordinated monthly payroll runs, owned the control and reconciliation process for salary related ledger accounts, served as the primary contact for management and external auditors, and drove optimization and documentation of payroll work processes. Centric Motion eHRM remained the configured Core HR system under applied application beheer and governance structures established during the implementation.
