In 2024, MWCD implemented VIP Cloud, a Government ERP application from Software Solutions. The deployment positioned VIP Cloud as the central enterprise system to manage operational and financial controls across the MWCD organization.
Configuration focused on core Government ERP capabilities including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, procurement workflows, and role based online access to operational dashboards. VIP Cloud was configured to surface real time transaction visibility and approvals so staff can access records and routine financial processes online.
The vendor hosted VIP Cloud provides organization wide online access, and MWCD users reported improved visibility, captured as I can see everything I need to in the system online at any time. Operational coverage included back office finance and administrative processing across MWCD departments, and staff reported that our processing time was cut in half using VIP.
Governance shifted to centralized transaction controls and online approval workflows within VIP Cloud, enabling more consistent process orchestration and clearer audit trails for administrative and finance functions. The implementation narrative centers on VIP Cloud as the primary Government ERP for MWCD, delivering continuous online visibility and accelerated processing for routine operational tasks.
