In 2016, Mvci Australia implemented Aperture Solution to deliver an end to end program to design and distribute Housekeeping Appreciation kits and to reengineer in room and operational collateral across multiple properties in the U.S. The Aperture Solution Web Based Ordering, Print, & Promotion deployment centralized ordering and production control for promotional and print materials used by guest services and employee programs. Aperture Solution was used to consolidate program development and fulfillment activities under a single application platform.
The implementation encompassed product and program development, fulfillment and distribution workflows, and standardized template configuration for on brand employee and guest materials. Functional capabilities implemented included ordering and approval workflows, print production orchestration, promotional packaging and kit configuration, and centralized asset standardization to ensure brand consistency across properties. These modules were assembled to support repeatable ordering and fulfillment processes aligned with housekeeping and operational collateral needs.
Operational scope covered housekeeping departments and broader property operations at multiple U.S. sites, with materials targeted at both employee appreciation and guest in room collateral. Governance changes focused on standardizing collateral templates, centralizing ordering through the Aperture Solution platform, and reengineering collateral review and distribution processes to enforce brand and operational consistency. The program resulted in standardized on brand employee and guest materials and improved ordering efficiency and guest and employee satisfaction as reported in project notes.
