The deployment supported cross-functional processes such as pricing review input from Marketing, revenue projection frameworks coordinated with country general managers, and appointment workflows for external legal, accounting, audit and tax advisors that support new entity formation.
Governance changes accompanied the Xero rollout, with policy and procedure definitions for procurement, payment controls, budgetary control and contract approval layered onto the system workflows. The implementation established centralized accounting operations for group reporting and created a consistent pipeline and revenue projection framework across entities.
