Microsoft Legacy Microsoft 365 Collaboration Collaboration n/a 2021 2021
In 2021, Nutricia Netherlands implemented Microsoft 365 to support Collaboration across the organization. The company website references Microsoft 365 usage, indicating an enterprise adoption signal for collaboration and content services. Microsoft 365 was provisioned to provide core Collaboration capabilities. Typical functional modules likely configured include Exchange Online for email, Microsoft Teams for persistent chat and meetings, SharePoint Online for intranet and document libraries, and OneDrive for Business for personal file sync, aligning Microsoft 365 to Collaboration and business communication workflows. Architecturally the deployment is expected to follow a tenant model with centralized administration and access controls, using Azure Active Directory for single sign on and device management which is standard for Microsoft 365 implementations. Operational coverage spans corporate departments and cross functional teams, aligning Collaboration with internal knowledge management and team collaboration functions. Governance elements likely include tenant governance, data classification policies, and information protection configuration consistent with Microsoft 365 Collaboration deployments. The public website reference to Microsoft 365 indicates an established application footprint across the organization rather than a limited pilot.

IDBS Legacy IDBS E-WorkBook Content Management Content Management n/a 2017 2017
In 2017, Nutricia Netherlands implemented IDBS E-WorkBook, a Content Management application to digitize and centralize research data and knowledge management across Nutricia Research. The deployment targeted the Utrecht R&D facility and was initiated to address difficulties caused by paper journals, which limited access to historic data, increased the risk of duplicated experiments and jeopardized intellectual property protection. The IDBS E-WorkBook deployment focused on enterprise electronic data and knowledge management capabilities, including secure storage of raw experimental data, standardized data formats for sharing and reporting, review and approval workflows and built in audit trails with e-signature validation to support compliance. Scientists can store and reference ISO certification documentation and standard operating procedures within the platform, and the platform was selected for its user friendliness, scalability and ability to support additional workflows as data volumes grow. Deployment followed IDBS’ deployment strategy with a realistic plan and continuous involvement of IDBS consultants to support super users and IT, supplemented by a dedicated training environment. Nutricia Research moved users into production after a two hour training session for researchers, the IDBS support team remained accessible to developers for post deployment queries, and close collaboration between Nutricia Research internal teams and IDBS consultants accelerated the rollout and adoption. Operationally the Content Management solution was applied across cross functional R&D teams within Nutricia Research, enabling real time sharing of critical information between departments and reducing data silos. As information was captured in IDBS E-WorkBook the organization built a persistent knowledge legacy that improved data quality by eliminating manual transcription errors, simplified reproducibility checks for compliance and became the go to source for decision making, reporting and collaboration across stakeholders.
