Inksen Legacy Inksen Speetta TMS Transportation Management SCM n/a 2024 2025
In 2024 Naklog Lojistik A.Ş. implemented Inksen Speetta TMS to modernize its transportation and distribution operations across Turkey, deploying the Inksen Speetta TMS as a Transportation Management solution to centralize shipment control and improve operational visibility. The deployment targeted the companys transportation and distribution functions and was sized to support Naklog Lojistik A.Ş.s national routes and last mile operations. The implementation emphasized two principal modules, a control tower and a mobile delivery application. The control tower was configured to provide centralized, real time shipment visibility, exception monitoring, and operational dashboards, while the mobile delivery app enabled driver status updates and electronic proof of delivery workflows. Configuration focused on operational workflow automation for dispatch orchestration and status propagation to the control tower, consistent with Transportation Management functional patterns. Operational coverage extended across Turkey and impacted dispatch, fleet operations, route execution, and last mile delivery teams. The mobile delivery app was used by drivers for on route updates and delivery confirmations, feeding the control tower for centralized monitoring and daily operational coordination. This approach aligned the Transportation Management application with frontline delivery execution and regional operations control. According to the vendor case post, the deployment delivered full real time shipment visibility and delivered outcome metrics reported by the vendor, including roughly 45 percent fewer delivery errors, approximately 30 percent operational time savings and about 15 percent cost reduction. These vendor reported outcomes were presented in the Inksen case post as post implementation results.
