During the COVID-19 pandemic the NCB and FIS teams shifted to virtual meetings and technology-first processes to replace in-person engagement and keep the conversion on schedule. Governance emphasized a coordinated conversion cutover and alternative operational processes to preserve business continuity while aligning sales, treasury, payments, and MIS workflows. The FIS Horizon Core Banking deployment enabled NCB to introduce a range of new products and services and improved the bank's competitive positioning for future growth.
