The implementation configured Anviz VF30 Pro devices for biometric enrollment and automated punch collection, and CrossChex Standard was configured for attendance rule processing, basic scheduling, and operational reporting. Punch records were forwarded into an SQL database to feed HR and payroll workflows, supporting reconciliation and payroll validation tasks.
The project was delivered with local partner ARMANDO General Trading CO, and governance focused on centralized attendance data flows into HR and payroll systems and operational procedures for device enrollment and exception handling. National Cleaning Company reported reduced HR reconciliation time and a reported reduction in labor management costs of about 30%, outcomes captured against the implemented Anviz CrossChex Time & Attendance solution.
