In 2020 Naturcoop Italy implemented Zucchetti ZTimeline Workflow as part of a broader Zucchetti solution set to address presence and absence orchestration, establishing an Absence and Leave Management capability to support HR and field operations. The deployment targeted presence management and absence workflows for field teams, using Zucchetti mobile timbrature to capture hours on the go and to integrate scheduling and timesheet records into a unified HR dataset.
Zucchetti ZTimeline Workflow was configured to manage core modules including presence tracking, workflow of absences and permits, and mobile time stamping via ZConnect, with category-aligned capabilities for approvals, absence request routing, and shift control. The implementation emphasized turni control, automated capture of hours worked from mobile reporting, and alignment of scheduling data with payroll and timesheet records.
Integration scope included the Zucchetti mobile apps such as ZConnect for mobile timbrature and connections to scheduling, timesheet, and safety process records to create consolidated HR records. Operational coverage extended across Naturcoop Italy field workers and HR operations, centralizing absence workflows and enabling mobile reporting from sites and stores.
The project was executed with HRNET as the system integrator, and governance changes focused on formalizing absence request workflows and consolidating HR data flows into the ZTimeline environment.
