In 2015, Naturovo implemented ABM TMS, a Transportation Management System, to automate core transport planning for its consumer packaged goods operations in Russia. The ABM Cloud team optimized and fully automated the route planning process as part of the deployment, and provided proactive support to the system and users during the implementation phase and throughout industrial operation.
The implementation centered on route planning automation and scheduling capability, embedding transport planning logic into dispatch workflows and user-facing operational procedures. ABM TMS was configured to support logistics and distribution business functions, with the ABM Cloud team delivering continuous operational support including assistance outside standard working hours.
Governance focused on operational readiness and sustained runbook support rather than large scale system integrations, and Naturovo plans to extend the ABM Rinkai TMS solution into other business areas. ABM TMS is documented as the Transportation Management System used by Naturovo, and the project emphasized automated routing, active user support, and phased rollout into production operations.
