In 2022 Ncmic Group selected ISI Enterprise and began a multi-year implementation to introduce a cloud native core administration platform. The initiative prioritized Insurance Policy Administration to support underwriting, billing, claims, accounting and reinsurance across its U.S. operations.
ISI Enterprise was configured to centralize policy lifecycle management, self-service quoting and payment capabilities alongside core underwriting and claims processing modules. Functional workstreams focused on policy issuance, billing orchestration, claims lifecycle management and reinsurance posting, aligning application configuration with underwriting and finance workflows.
The deployment used a cloud native architecture and proceeded as a phased rollout, culminating in a 50-state production launch in 2025 across Ncmic Group U.S. operations. Operational coverage included underwriting, billing, claims, accounting and reinsurance teams and the platform supported customer-facing quoting and payment flows.
Governance for the program was organized as a multi-year transformation with staged cutovers to move state jurisdictions into production. The program resulted in a 50-state production launch in 2025 and improved self-service quoting, payments and policy lifecycle management through ISI Enterprise.
