In 2019, NDIA implemented Citation Atlas HR as its Core HR application to centralize employee records, onboarding and compliance workflows for its Australian workforce of approximately 3,495 employees. Citation Atlas HR was positioned to support core human resources functions including employee lifecycle management, inductions, checklists and HR advisory workflows, aligning HR operations with the regulatory environment of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
The implementation configured modules for employee data management, structured onboarding and induction checklists, and compliance tracking aligned to the NDIS two year audit rhythm, while exposing an HR advice knowledge base and self-service resources to operational teams. Citation Atlas HR was configured to enforce role based access to personnel records, standardize documentation capture and automate routine HR processes consistent with Core HR functional workflows.
Operational scope centered on HR and people operations across NDIA, with governance changes to route policy queries and advisory requests through the platform and its HR Advice Line resources, thereby centralizing HR guidance for directors and frontline practitioners. Sector case experience referenced in implementation materials shows an NDIS provider, My Right 2 Voice, reporting high user satisfaction with Citation HR and recommending the provider for sustained HR support, reinforcing the service and resource model used with Citation Atlas HR.
