In-store infrastructure was modernized through an ePOS upgrade to Windows 10 IoT and an SD-WAN upgrade across retail outlets to provide a resilient network backbone. Governance was driven by a Target Operating Model and the PIONEER CRM ERP program, with oversight from the Head of Technology Innovation who participated on the Corporate Operations Board and Risk and Compliance Committee. Rollout covered 50 UK retail outlets and approximately 500 users, using agile practices to align IT services with retail, supply chain and corporate finance processes and to standardize workflows across channels. Outcomes explicitly included creation of a single customer and stock view and a unified omni-channel retail experience, plus improved customer clienteling at in-store ePOS points and a more resilient store network. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations implementation replaced Sage 1000 and centralized financial management within the ERP Financial environment.

Mindbody Booker serves as the authoritative Salon Management application for therapy operations, bookings, client privacy workflows and therapy marketing coordination at Neal's Yard Remedies.
