In 2017 Neal's Yard Remedies implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations deployment served as the core of an ERP Financial program to consolidate transactional finance, retail and operational systems across the business.
The implementation configured Financials through Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations alongside Commerce and HR modules to create a single technology stack covering Retail, Online, Wholesale and Direct Selling, plus Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions. The program emphasized a unified customer and stock view and omni-channel retail workflows, aligning finance, inventory and point of sale reconciliation within the ERP Financial scope.
The technical architecture centralized the new platform on Microsoft Azure while replacing on premise servers with Microsoft 365 Cloud services. Dynamics 365 Human Resources was deployed into an integrated Microsoft technology ecosystem, connecting to Microsoft 365 Cloud services on Microsoft Azure for Email, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams, and leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform including PowerApps, Power BI and Power Automate for analytics and process automation.
