In 2019 Neatec implemented Ivanti Endpoint Security as its Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) capability, establishing a centralized Ivanti-based endpoint control plane. The deployment placed Ivanti Endpoint Security alongside Ivanti EndPoint Manager administration to provide agent provisioning, policy enforcement, and orchestrated software distribution.
Implementation work centered on Ivanti EndPoint Manager administration and database-backed reporting, with Senior Microsoft SQL and Oracle database administration supporting operational telemetry.
