The implementation emphasized receipt ingestion and structured data extraction, using optical character recognition and parsing of notas fiscais to map transactions to promotional SKU and rule sets. NeoGrid Horus decoded approximately 91% of submitted receipts and validated 82% of submissions against promotional rules, enabling automated adjudication and measurement workflows.
Operational scope covered marketing and promotion validation functions across the national campaign, centralizing campaign submission, adjudication, and ROI reporting processes. The solution was instrumented into campaign workflows to provide a continuous stream of validated transaction data for promotional measurement and reporting.
