Integration points emphasized GL interface feeds and tax reconciliation to remove manual AP interventions and to support end to end user acceptance testing across Finance and Accounts Payable.
Governance was formalized around chart of accounts maintenance, approval workflow administration and coordinated UAT support during the R12 transition. Explicit operational outcomes during this period included design of R12 cross validation rules and identification of a tax configuration fix that eliminated the need for AP to manually amend non recoverable tax lines, outcomes which informed expense system configuration and reduced manual processing steps.
