Infor Legacy Infor SunSystems ERP Financial ERP Progressive TSL 2017 2017
In 2017 Progressive TSL worked with New Age African Global Energy to implement Infor SunSystems as the companywide financial platform, establishing a standardized ERP Financial environment across its operations. The engagement focused on delivering a consistent, automated financial and procurement management suite to address inconsistent data and processes that had been managed in external spreadsheets. Infor SunSystems was configured to support core financial management and procurement capabilities, standardising chart of accounts, transaction workflows, and procurement controls across six operational sites. The Progressive solution explicitly incorporates Infor SunSystems across all six sites, and the deployment was aligned with New Age’s requirements for a mid-cap upstream oil and gas financial system. The implementation included integration and co-deployment with HxGN EAM formerly Infor EAM, and Infor OS, which were rolled out across three of the six sites to support asset management and operational workflows alongside finance. Progressive TSL acted as the implementation partner, coordinating application configuration, cross-application data alignment, and the technical linkages between financial, procurement, and asset management components. Governance and process transformation were central to the program, with standardized transaction processing and reduced reliance on external spreadsheets to minimize multiple versions of the truth and related operational risk. New Age retained the combination of Infor SunSystems and HxGN EAM, reflecting a deliberate choice to consolidate financial, procurement, and asset management functions within the chosen ERP Financial and EAM product set.

Hexagon Legacy HxGN EAM (Ex. Infor EAM) Enterprise Asset Management ERP Services and Operations Progressive TSL 2017 2017
In 2017 New Age African Global Energy implemented HxGN EAM as part of an Enterprise Asset Management program to centralize asset maintenance and lifecycle processes. Progressive TSL led the deployment, aligning HxGN EAM with the companys financial and procurement systems across multiple operational sites in its African portfolio. The implementation incorporated HxGN EAM formerly Infor EAM across three operational sites, while Infor SunSystems was standardized as the financial and procurement backbone across all six sites. Configuration work emphasized asset management workflows, maintenance planning, work order lifecycle control, and procurement-led financial posting, reflecting standard Enterprise Asset Management functional design. Operational integration focused on consolidating processes that had been executed in external spreadsheets into the integrated suite, enabling transaction flow between Infor SunSystems and HxGN EAM and surface orchestration through Infor OS at the sites where it was deployed. The rollout covered finance, procurement, maintenance, and operations functions across New Ages assets located in Nigeria, Congo Brazzaville, South Africa, Ethiopia, and Cameroon, providing a unified control plane for asset and spend governance. Governance and process restructuring were core to the engagement, Progressive TSL remediated data inconsistencies and implemented standardized controls to reduce the risk of multiple versions of the truth. The program preserved the companys existing investment in Infor SunSystems while embedding HxGN EAM for operational asset management, delivering a standardized, automated financial and procurement management suite across the organization.

Microsoft Legacy Microsoft 365 Collaboration Collaboration n/a 2020 2020
In 2020 New Age African Global Energy deployed Microsoft 365 to establish cloud collaboration across its United Kingdom corporate operations. Microsoft 365 is used as the primary Collaboration platform to deliver email, meetings, chat, document libraries, and file synchronization for a staff of about 50. The deployment configuration emphasizes Teams for real time communication, Exchange Online for corporate email, SharePoint Online for intranet and document libraries, and OneDrive for personal file sync, reflecting standard Collaboration functional modules. The implementation is surfaced on the public website which indicates publicly accessible links or embedded sign in pathways to collaboration resources and suggests web delivered provisioning for user access. For a small company this architecture favors a cloud native, multi tenant service model with centralized tenant administration. Operational scope covers corporate functions including communications, document management, and internal productivity workflows across the United Kingdom based office. Governance patterns implied by the rollout include role based account provisioning, information governance on SharePoint libraries, and controlled external sharing policies to secure collaboration assets. New Age African Global Energy Microsoft 365 Collaboration supports corporate communications and document management as core business functions.
