In 2015, New Relic implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as its ERP Financial platform. The Oracle NetSuite ERP deployment centralized ownership of monthly revenue close and reporting tasks, including preparation of journal entries, account analysis, and revenue reconciliations across the finance organization.
Configuration efforts focused on revenue accounting and close workflows, building a revenue recognition engine to align with ASC 606 requirements and supporting the semi annually analyses of stand alone selling prices and variable consideration calculations. The implementation encompassed financial close orchestration, general ledger posting controls, subledger reconciliations, and templated schedules and reports used for management review in business operation and planning systems.
Oracle NetSuite ERP was integrated with Salesforce, Zuora, BrainTree, and Asana to consolidate order to cash, billing, payment, and task management data into the ERP Financial ledger and reporting layers. Those integrations supplied source data used in contract reviews, order documents, and licensing agreement assessments to document appropriate revenue treatment under ASC 606.
Governance emphasized cross functional engagement with revenue operations, accounting, and business partners to implement best practices, automation, and continuous process improvements, and the finance team participated in the implementation of the ASC 606 revenue recognition engine. Project responsibilities included ad hoc analyses and deliverables, semi annually reviews of selling prices, and process change efforts intended to streamline revenue processes and shorten the monthly close timeline.

Jobvite was configured to support workflow automation for screening and interview orchestration, and to provide recruiters with configurable pipeline stages and task assignments.
Operationally the implementation integrates the careers site with Jobvite to present open roles and persist applicant data directly into the ATS, enabling HR and hiring teams to operate from a centralized applicant tracking environment. The deployment covers corporate recruiting operations and consolidates applications submitted via newrelic.com into Jobvite for review and disposition by talent acquisition staff.

| Egencia LLC | Legacy | Egencia | Travel Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2013 | 2013 |
In 2013 New Relic provisioned Egencia as its Travel Management application to coordinate travel for candidates visiting onsite. New Relic used Egencia to centralize booking and itinerary management for interview travel within its recruiting operations.
Egencia was configured to manage core Travel Management workflows such as air and hotel reservations, itinerary consolidation, and corporate travel policy enforcement, routing bookings through standard approval sequences and traveler notifications. The implementation emphasized candidate logistics rather than large scale corporate travel, aligning the Egencia deployment to recruiting and talent acquisition workflows.
