JobAdder ATS operated alongside existing practice systems used by Nexia Perth, including Xero Practice Manager, Expensify, Nimo database administration and HowNow, while remaining the primary Applicant Tracking System for recruitment workflows. Governance for recruitment workflows was retained within HR, with documented responsibilities for the Human Capital Manager and delegated administration to the personal assistant, and processes formalized for recruitment agent coordination, candidate record control and new hire induction preparation using JobAdder ATS. Operational scope focused on internal recruitment, career fair coordination and end to end candidate lifecycle management within the firm.
